Prices

Prices are per apartment and per day, based on standard occupancy for the selected apartment.
An additional charge per day will be applied for extra beds, depending on the length of the booking.

Tax

Local tax is charged per person (aged 14 and over) per night.

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Payment methods

You can pay on site in cash or by credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
We kindly ask you to settle the invoice by Thursday at the latest.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.

If you arrive late, leave early or fail to arrive, we will charge you 100% of the agreed daily rate for the unused part of your stay.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Check-in / Check-out

The apartment will be available from 13:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:00.

Animals

Small pets are welcome on request. We charge €14.00 per day for cleaning.

During the winter season, you can conveniently store your ski equipment in a personal locker at the ski hire shop located at the foot of the lift. You will moreover receive a 10% discount on equipment hire there.

For even more comfort, we provide bathrobes, towels and slippers. A deposit of €50.00 per person is required for these items, which will, of course, be refunded at the end of your stay.

Here, you can release tension, recharge your batteries and prepare for your next adventure in the Dolomites.

Your morning with us begins with a relaxed breakfast, delivered directly to your door. The evening before, you can choose whether you would prefer a sweet or savoury option. The savoury option includes fresh bread, cold cuts of meat, cheese, vegetables and raw eggs, that you can prepare according to your preferences. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants and bread with jam, chocolate spread or peanut butter. Hot drinks can be prepared in your own kitchen. The next morning, you will find our breakfast trolley loaded with regional products outside your door, allowing you to enjoy breakfast at your leisure.
