Prices are per person/day, based on standard occupancy for the selected apartment.
An additional charge per day, depending on the season, will be applied for extra beds.
Local tax is charged per person (aged 14 and over) per night.
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received the required deposit and sent you a written confirmation. You can pay the deposit online via the following Link online bezahlt werden.
You can pay on site in cash or by credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
We kindly ask you to settle the invoice by Thursday at the latest.

- In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid.
- For cancellations up to 70 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fees apply. However, the deposit will be retained if we are unable to resell the room. If the cancelled room is resold, the deposit will be credited towards a future stay.
- From 14 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date, 80% of the total stay amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 60% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 69 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
- In the event of no-show, early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself and us from significant losses.
The apartment will be available from 13:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:00.
Small pets are welcome on request. We charge €14.00 per day for cleaning.
